Docknex, LLC (“Docknex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing secure, stable, and high-quality services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines rules and guidelines for using our infrastructure, services, and network resources responsibly.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Docknex services for any of the following: Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, distributing, or storing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights without proper authorization.
Spam and Unsolicited Bulk Emails: Sending unsolicited or unauthorized bulk messages, including spam, phishing, or chain letters. Malicious Behavior: Introducing or distributing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
Network Abuse: Any attempt to disrupt, degrade, or harm our network or the use of our network by others, including denial-of-service attacks or excessive resource consumption.
Unauthorized Access: Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
Hosting Prohibited Content: Pornography involving minors, obscene material, hate speech, incitement to violence, or any content that violates applicable laws.
Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in deceptive practices, identity theft, or credit card fraud.

2. System and Network Security


You must not:

a) Circumvent user authentication or security measures of any network, host, or account.
b) Use tools to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without explicit authorization.
c) Interfere with service to any user, host, or network.

3. Resource Usage

All accounts are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive use of resources (e.g., CPU, memory, storage, or bandwidth) that negatively impacts other users may result in suspension or termination.

4. Enforcement and Violation

Docknex may monitor your use of services to ensure compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in:
Warnings or requests to correct the violation.
Suspension or termination of your account or services without prior notice.
Legal action, if applicable. Docknex reserves the right to report any illegal activities to appropriate authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately by emailing. support@docknex.com

6. Modifications

Docknex may modify this AUP at any time. The current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
